The Mission of the Goshen Police Department Honor Guard Camp is to instill the knowledge and skills necessary to execute the duties and responsibilities associated with Honor Guard details.

The Honor Guard Camp motto;
"The Best we can do, is the Least we can do"
is meant to remind students that those whom we honor have given all there is to give.  
The Least   we can do is to give our Best  in tribute.

By concentrating on Basic Drill and Ceremony , with emphasis on Color Guard and Flag Etiquette , it is our focus to insure that all of our graduates, regardless of previous experience, return to their units with all the tools necessary to carry out any detail or ceremony to which they may be tasked,  and to instill a  renewed sense of pride in the  Honor Guard   tradition.
